He was predeceased by: his fiancée Cindy Raiborn; and his parent Jeanette De Haan. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathleen Reitz (Brad) of Alsip, Colleen De Haan of Bourbonnais, Dianne Tansini (Bruce) of Justice and Donna Lindblad (Daniel) of Oak Forest; and his nieces and nephews, Daniel, Carly, Katrina, Kelly, Emily, Henry, Morgan, Nicholas, Jackson, Nolan and Julian.
