He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Sumrall (Haberkorn) of Bourbonnais; his brother Thomas Sumrall (Joe) of Chicago; his niece Madeline Sumrall of Chicago; his nephew Ian Sumrall of Chicago; and his aunts and uncles, David Sumrall of Chebanse, Robert Sumrall of Beverly, MA, Genice Bailey of Kankakee and Sharon Lundahl of Bourbonnais.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
