He is survived by: his wife Jill Chandler of Bourbonnais, IL; his children, Tracy Willis, Carl Willis Jr. D. C., Pam Willis Binion and Gloria Robinson-Lexington (Ronnie); and his sisters, Mae Anna Brown and Sebelle Bond.
