He is survived by: his children, Levelle Johnson of Madison Wisconsin, Derrell Johnson of Chicago Illinois, Algina Johnson of Indianapolis, IN and Tammy Johnson of Highland, IN; his siblings, Patricia Briggs Kelly, Annette Smith, Lewis Smith of Chicago, IL and Bobby Smith of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Khalia Graham, Arshia Graham, Levelle Johnson, Kentrell Johnson and Lola Johnson; his great grandchild Kaiden Powell; and his close friends, Quendell McDougle, Gwendolyn McCollum-Baptist and Kim Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
