He is survived by: his mother Maria Avalos of Kankakee; his sons, Salvador Carmona of Bourbonnais, Alex Carmona of Kankakee and Moses Carmona of Kankakee; his siblings, Janet Carmona of Kankakee, Salvador Carmona of Kankakee and Ruben Carmona of Kankakee; and his partner's children, Jesus, Jessica and Fernando. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
