She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sloat and Selma Sloat; her husband Everett Rishel; her daughter Ricka Cox; and her siblings, Mary Wardlow, Lucille Onstad, Jerry Sloat, Carol Indergand, Albert "Junior" Sloat, Richard Sloat and Doreen Horn.

She is survived by: her children, Charles "Butch" Sloat (Joann) and Sally Fisher; her grandchildren, Danny Fisher (Carrie), Robert Sloat (Lisa), Jason Fisher (Michelle), Shaun Fisher (Beth), Kimberly Cote (Cameron) and Nicole Samaniego (Ozzy); and her great grandchildren, Brian Schnaitman, Tyler Fisher, Abigail Samaniego, Brittany Fisher and Tony Samaniego. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and a family of friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Arly's name.
