She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Gasienica-Fronek and Jozef Gasienica-Fronek; and her brother Andrzej Gasienica-Fronek (Mieczyslawa). She is survived by: her spouse Boleslaw Kukuc; her children, Janusz Kukuc (Malgorzata) and Ryszard Kukuc (Malgorzata); her grandchildren, Maria Munch (Alexander), Dominika Pilch (Robert) and Marcin Kukuc; and her great grandchildren, Seth, Morgan, Joseph, Monica and Amanda. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
