It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wladyslawa Takuska (Justice, Illinois), who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Takuski; her parents, Maria Chlebek and Franciszek Chlebek; and her siblings, Boleslaw Chlebek and Franciszek Chlebek.
She is survived by: her children, Stanislaw Takuski (Malgorzata), Jan Takuski (Wladyslawa), Wladyslaw Takuski and Stanislawa "Stella" Mikos (Joseph); her grandchildren, Arkadiusz, Patrycja, Danielle and Michelle; and her brothers, Stanislaw Chlebek and Wladyslaw Chlebek. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
