She is survived by: her husband Frank Sliwa; her siblings, Maria Wiedenski (Joseph) and Jozef Stachacz (Joanna); her nieces and nephews, Bozena Czesak (Marcin) and Piotr Stachacz (Ewelina); her godchildren, Karolina Lepak and Bozena Czesak; her mother-in-law Anna; and her siblings-in-law, Henry Sliwa (Wanda), Maria Prucnal, Dorota Hassan (Edward), Genevieve Horabik (Ryszard), Beata Sikora (Wojciech) and Wieslaw Prucnal. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
