He is survived by: his wife Zofia Fitt; his children, Dominik Fitt and Monika Bednar (Anton); his grandchildren, Marcel Bednar and Adrian Bednar; and his siblings, Stanislaw Fitt (late Krystyna), Anna Lewicki (late Leszek), Zofia Kwak (late Jan), Stanislawa Kowalkowski (late Stanislaw) and Krystyna Zieba (Stanislaw). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
