He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Starr; his children, Christina Starr DeWeese, Diane Starr and Katherine Strasser (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Gregory Gedzius, William DeWeese (Erin Thompson), Ryanen DeWeese, Kyra DeWeese and Desirae Sanchez; his great grandchild Ruby DeWeese; his parent Irene Woods; and his siblings, Michael A. Starr (Elizabeth), Robert E. Starr (Renee) and Linda J. Bandera (George).
