She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Stachnik; her daughter Nancy Wolf (Thomas); her parents, Mary Jacolik and Stanley Jacolik; and her brother Steven Jacolik.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Jackson and Barbara Champion (Bill); her grandchildren, Sabrina Benson (Jason), Michelle Wolf, Jennifer Nathaniel (James) and Michael Wolf (Ali); and her siblings, Florian Jacolik, Chester "Whitey" Jacolik and Dorothy Kurwoski.
