He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lisek and Caroline Lisek; and his wife Lillian J.. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Jordan and Michael Lisek; and his grandchildren, Michelle Calomino and Ashley Lisek.

Due to the State of Illinois COVID-19 guidelines, fifty (50) people are permitted in the building at one time, (this does not include funeral home staff or clergy.) Face masks and social distance practices will be observed.
