She is survived by: her husband Edward Koscielak; her daughters, Joanna Kukulak (Marcin), Monika Walkosz (Grzegorz) and Renata Koscielniak (Daniel); her grandchildren, Izabela Kukulak, Patryk Kukulak, Krystian Walkosz, Amelia Walkosz and Olivia Koscielniak; and her siblings, Wladyslaw Wilczek and Jan Wilczek (Janina). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
