Tammy Palarz, nee Koch, Age 52, passed away on July 12, 2019. Beloved wife of Andrzej Palarz. Loving mother of Elizabeth Nelson, Sherry Whittiemore, Thomas Koch, Nicholas Lindblad, Autumn Cedano and the late Hillary Koch. Dear grandmother of Madison. Cherished daughter of the late Louise Arabell (nee VanVranken) and the late Richard Koch.

Fond sister of Sandra Judith Kozdemba, Tina Vollendorf and the late Timmy Koch. Also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation, Saturday, July 20, 2019, 9:00AM to 11:00AM at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois. Funeral, Saturday, July 20, 2019, 11:00AM Service and Time of Remembrance to be held at the funeral home.

Interment Fairmount-Willow Hills Memorial Park, Willow Springs, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family toward funeral expenses are appreciated.
