He is survived by: his parents, Helena Gunka and Jozef Gunka; and his siblings, Danuta Gunka, Andrzej Gunka (Malgorzata) and Mariusz Gunka (Marlene). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
