She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Simmonds; her parents, Sylvestor Cermak and Irene Cermak; and her brother Randall Cermak (Janet "Jamie"). She is survived by: her siblings, Ray Cermak (late Edna) and Diane Marsden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated.
