He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Dziaba and Franciszek Dziaba; and his siblings, Jan Dziaba (late Stanislawa), Maria Bryja (late Wincenty) and Jozef Dziaba (Franciszka).
He is survived by: his wife Janina Dziaba; his children, Maria Piton, Richard Dziaba (Vickie) and Stefan Jr. Dziaba (Holly); his grandchildren, Janina Gewont (Ryszard), Andrzej Piton (Urszula), Michal Piton (Heather), Alexandra Dziaba, Rachael Dziaba, Connor Dziaba and Josephine Dziaba; his great grandchildren, Ryszard Gewont, Lukasz Gewont, Riley Piton, Blake Piton, Demi Piton, Landon Piton, Mason Piton, Preston Piton and Jaxson Piton; and his siblings, Franciszek Dziaba, Maciej Dziaba (Stefania), Aleksander Dziaba (Janina), Janina Kulawiak (Jozef) and Stanislaw Dziaba. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
With respect to State of Illinois Guidelines of Phase 4 during this time of Covid -19, the visitation is limited to 50 people or less at any time, we ask those attending to please keep one's visit brief to allow all to attend.
