He is survived by: his children, Kazimierz Kwak (Sophie) and Anna Siuta (Marek); his grandchildren, Margaret, Justine, Agnieszka, Aleksandra and Bartlomiej; and his siblings, Stanislawa Landowski (late Franciszek) and Jan Kwak (Bronislawa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
