She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Maria Guadalupe and Victor Montalvo; and her brother Xavier Montalvo. She is survived by: her husband Scott Muciek; and her siblings, Victor Montalvo (Veronica) and Nydia Montalvo. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
