She was predeceased by: her daughter Amanda (Kucharski); and her parents, Mary Ellen Jazdziejewski and James Dennis (Kathy). She is survived by: her husband Frank D Nielsen III; her sons, Frank D. Nielsen IV and Nicholas Nielsen; her mother-in-law Jenny Nielsen (late Frank D. II); her siblings, Michael Dennis (Sherry), Tammy Zupan (Sloan), Thomas Dennis, Jennifer Dennis and Jeanna Holbrook (Shawn); and her friend Michael Monahan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and friends.
