He is survived by: his children, Denise Adams (Mark), Laurie Affaneh (Mahir) and Sam Jr. Sandoval (Isella); his grandchildren, Denise (Sergio), Amjed, David (Stephanie), Sam, Sara, Michael, Jacob, Addison, Max and Lee; his great grandchildren, Julian and Joshua; and his sister Elizabeth Torres. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
