She was predeceased by: her husband George Martens; her son Gregory Martens; and her brother Larry Musial (Karen). She is survived by: her children, George Martens (Vaune), Michael Martens (Susan) and Kassi O'Shea (Terry); her grandchildren, Melissa, Matthew, Candice, Samantha, Heather, Michael and Gregory; her stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Adam and Stephany; her great grandchildren, Nathan, Mayson, Kennedy and Nolan; and her brother Ken Musial (Carol). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
With respect to State of Illinois Guidelines of Phase 4 during this time of Covid -19, the visitation is limited to 50 people or less at any time, we ask those attending to please keep one's visit brief to allow all to attend.
