She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Chochola; her daughter Sandra Vlcek (David); her parents, Anna Vobroucek and Joseph Vobroucek; and her siblings, Joe Vobroucek, Charles Vobroucek and Ann Lysek.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Chochola and Susan DeLorenzo (Joe); her grandchildren, Dominic DeLorenzo (Dawn), Amy Truhlar (Brian), Franklin DeLorenzo (Michelle) and Joseph Vlcek; and her great grandchildren, Hunter DeLorenzo, Layla DeLorenzo, Clan Chochola and Colin Truhlar. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
