She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Gorlewski and Anthony Gorlewski; and her siblings, Edward Gorlewski (late Della), Genevieve Stanis (late Ray), Anthony Gorlewski, Frank Gorlewski (Marian) and Kay Hanson (late Howie).
She is survived by: her children, Penny Guthrie (Bruce), Teri Navin, Deb Gallichio and Pat Elmer (Erin); her grandchildren, Jeff Gallicio (Dana), Michael Guthrie (Angela), Tim Navin, Adam Elmer (Colleen), Katie Navin, Katriona Elmer and Matthew Guthrie (Lisa); and her siblings, Mary Agna Gorlewski (Lucille) and Gerald Gorlewski (Mary). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, are much appreciated.
