He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Phelan; his daughters, Jamie Viravec (Steve), Cortney Kimento (Jeremiah), Robyn Phelan (Bryan Beauchamp) and Stephanie Phelan (Andy Lopez); his siblings, Bob Phelan, Jr. (Sue), Shirl Kotas (Ken) and Rodney Phelan; and his sister-in-law Rebecca Phelan.
