He is survived by: his wife Zofia Piatkowska; his children, Leszek Piatkowski, Agnieszka Dziubak (Miroslaw) and Kinga Rogalski (Krzysztof); and his siblings, Mirelle Witek, Stanislaw Piatkowski, Ryszard Piatkowski and Franciszka Piatkowska. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
