He was predeceased by: his father Ludwik Bukowski. He is survived by: his spouse Aleksandra Bukowska; his child Aneta Szewczyk (Przemyslaw); his grandchildren, Victoria and Adrian Szewczyk; his mother Janina Bukowski; and his siblings, Stanislaw, Tadeusz, Maria, Helena, Franciszek, Anna and Wladyslaw. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
