With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick John Farley (Justice, Illinois), who passed away on September 25, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his stepson Steven Renkus; his grandson Angelo; and his sister Roberta Farley. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Farley, Patricia Velasquez (Dominic), Tony Farley and Michael Farley; his stepdaughter Christina Harber (Brad); his grandchildren, Angelina, Carmelo and Alonzo; his sisters, Linda Farley and Sandi Bowie (Brian); and his nieces and nephews, Sean Bowie and Shannon Bowie. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
