It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olgierd P. Plonski Md (Justice, Illinois), who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Danuta Plonski; his siblings, Ewa Hyjek (Walter) and Anne Kern; his nieces and nephews, Christine Hyjek, Michelle Hyjek, Daniel Kern (Dixie) and Christopher Kern; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Stellan and Beckett Kern. He is also survived by relatives, friends, former co-workers.
