He is survived by: his wife Ann M Kulbeckas; his children, Nicholas, Cynthia, Anthony and Jennifer Giuffre (Campos); his stepson Patrick O'Brien; his grandchildren, Brittany, Anthony, Ashley, Jordan, Aaron, Ariel, Codey of Hannah, AJ, Amber, Isabella and Patrick Jr.; his great grandchildren, Kenny, Dolly, Faye and Waylan; his sisters, Emily (Gill) and Rosemary (Shore); and his siblings-in-law, Carol, Marilyn, Roy and Julius. He is also survived by friends, colleagues, and neighbors.
