He was predeceased by: his parents, Janina Kudelka and Jan Kudelka; and his sister Irena Wolodkowicz (late Jozef). He is survived by: his spouse Ewa Kudelka; his children, Andrew Kudelka (late Martha Gonzalez) and Cindy Kudelka (Rene Luna); his grandchildren, Maximiliano Kudelka, Janina Luna and Alina Luna; his sister Stefania Kowalski (Jozef); his parent-in-law Alicja Gutowska; and his brother-in-law Andrzej Gutowski (Alina). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
