He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony and Louise; and his siblings, James Hurley and Lisa Rodriguez (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Jillian Sturm (Matthew), Joseph Nincevich (Laura), Lora Solana (Leo) and Nicholas Nincevich (Maria); and his grandchildren, Madison (George), Ethan, Caralin, Nathan, Mila, Joseph, Jr., Holly, Paul and Milena.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium (7861 88th Ave, Justice, IL 60458). A prayer was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Two Holy Martyrs Parish - Saint Symphorosa (6135 S Austin Ave, Chicago, IL 60638).
