She is survived by: her husband Frank Jurczykowski; her children, Linda Mazur (Steve), Frank Jurczykowski, Nancy Palmsiano (Nicholas) and Michael Jurczykowski (Marta); her grandchildren, Jessica, Steven, Frankie, Kristin, Michael and Mikayla; her great grandchild Brianna; and her sisters, Corinne and Patricia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
