She was predeceased by: her spouse John W. Adamski; and her sibling George. She is survived by: her children, Linda Janulis (James) and John W. Adamski (Beverly); her grandchildren, Heather Harrington (Kevin) and Laura Procek (Marc); her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jack, Taylor and Colton; and her siblings, Lorraine, Elmer, Mildred and Beatrice.
