She was predeceased by: her husband Tadeusz Gwozdz; her parents, Stefania Zak and Wladyslaw Zak; and her sibling Jan Zak (late Bronislawa). She is survived by: her children, Teresa (Jozef), Dorota (Damian), Malgorzata (Marek) and Jozef (Angelika); her grandchildren, Kasia, Olivia, Izabela, Ivona, Katarzyna, Kamil, Allan, Damian, Krzysztof (Dominika), Monika (Mateusz) and Aneta (Szczepan); her great grandchildren, Ania, Michal, Zosia, Michalinka, Hania, Helenka and Julcia; and her brother Jozef Zak (late Urszula). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
