She was predeceased by: her daughter Karen Gertz (late Wayne E.); her parents, Agnes Slomiany and Stanley Slomiany; her siblings, Leonard, Laura and Jessica Slomiany; and her siblings-in-law, Wanda Marszalek (late John), Helen Borkowski (Harold), Casimir (late Ruth), John (late Esther), Martha Wojcik (late Casimir), Claire Kuchay (late Stanley) and Henry Swinger (late Irene).
She is survived by: her children, Natalie Czerwinski (late Richard) and Leslie Wall (Richard); her grandchildren, Craig Wall (DJ), Nicholas Czerwinski (Robyn Markowicz) and Jessica Rooks (Frank); and her great grandchildren, Makayla and Wyatt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
