She is survived by: her children, Anna Klejka (late Andrzej), Maria Walkosz (Wojciech Walkosz), Jozefa Walkosz (Janusz Trebunia) and Danuta Walkosz (Stanislaw Stanek); her grandchildren, Jacek Klejka, Sabina Graca, Marek Walkosz, Alicja Pawlikowski, Jessica Walkosz, Karolina Walkosz, Maciej Walkosz and Marcin Walkosz; her great grandchildren, Kamila Klejka, Lukasz Klejka, Daniel Klejka, Zuzanna Graca, Eliza Graca, Dawid Walkosz, Franus Pawlikowski and Nicholas Walkosz; and her siblings, Helena Gut, Jan Zapotoczny and Stanislaw Zapotoczny. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
