She was predeceased by: her child Halina Tylka (Piotr); her parents, Maria Malkuch and Michal Malkuch; and her siblings, Aniela, Stanislaw, Jan and Zofia.
She is survived by: her husband Stanislaw Dzierzega; her children, Zofia Zalinski (Jan), Maria Luszczek (late Jozef), Wojciech Dzierzega (Maria) and Ewa Gasienica (Czeslaw); her grandchildren, Malgorzata, Renata (Stanislaw), Katarzyna (Wojciech), Pawel (Justyna), Bartlomiej, Justyna, Michal, Karolina, Daniel, Michalina, Marcin, Klaudia, Monika and Jakub; and her great grandchildren, Julia, Rafal, Adam and Emilia. She is also survived by nieces, nephew, relatives and friends.
With respect to State of Illinois Guidelines of Phase 4 during this time of COVID-19, the visitation is limited to 50 people or less at anytime, we ask those attending to please keep one's visit brief to allow all to attend.
