She was predeceased by: her spouse Jan Chlebek; and her father Stanislaw Chlebek. She is survived by: her children, Wladyslaw Chlebek (Ewelina), Marta Szwab (Stanislaw), Grzegorz Chlebek (Maria) and Marcin Chlebek; her grandchildren, Sylwester Szwab, Daniel Szwab, Krystian Chlebek, Klaudia Chlebek, Kacper Chlebek and Kevin Chlebek; her mother Joanna Chlebek; her siblings, Helena Chlebek and Bronislawa Kurczak; and her close friend Krzysztof Borzecki. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
