She was predeceased by: her parent Bronislawa Mulica. She is survived by: her spouse Krzysztof Prokop; her children, Piotr Prokop, Claudia Prokop and Julia Prokop; her parent Jan Mulica; and her siblings, Jan Mulica (Anna), Anna Greczek (Jan) and Barbara Majek (Pawel). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
