He was predeceased by: his father Stanislaw Dziadkowiec. He is survived by: his daughter Emilia Leja; his mother Helena Dziadkowiec; his siblings, Jacek Dziadkowiec (Marzena), Pawel Dziadkowiec (Teresa), Renata Antoszek (Michal) and Aneta Strzelczyk; and his nieces and nephews, Aleksandra, Zuzanna, Sebastian, Szymon and Olivia. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
