He is survived by: his spouse Teofila Kowalczyk; his daughters, Ann Cikowski (Jozef) and Maria Ciezczak; his grandchildren, Daniel Cikowski (Kristy), Alicia Wall (Kenny), Emily Otte (Brian), Johanna Ciezczak and Thomas Ciezczak (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Kailey, Emma, Crue, Nolan and Theo; and his siblings, Maria Jakubik, Stanislaw Kowalczyk, Stella Miernicki (John) and Kazimierz Kowalczyk (Anna). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
