Oszakiewski (Holly), Donna Oszakiewski, Dennis Oszakiewski (Nancy) and Richard Oszakiewski (late Barbara); and her grandchildren, Brian Oszakiewski, Megan Oszakiewski and David Oszakiewski. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
