She is survived by: her spouse Pawel Bukowski; her children, Aneta Sakk (Georgiy) and Claudia Bukowska; her grandson Nathan Sakk; her parent Wladyslawa Rafacz; and her siblings, Jan Rafacz (Maria) and Iwona Krzysztofiak (Piotr). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
