He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Blazek and Theresa Henschel (Bob); his grandchildren, Julia Tinker (Ricky), Nathan Hatchett (Mackenzie), Lauren Hatchett, Natalie Chastain (Chris) and Robert Henschel (Janine); and his siblings, Leonard Blazek (Peggy) and Carol Woodham (late Wyman).
