He is survived by: his wife Janet (Cervantes); his daughters, Meagan (Joseph Lombardi), Michelle Dieball and Amanda Cervantes; his brother Kevin Dieball; his nieces and nephews, Paige and Cody Dieball; his grandchildren, Keyan, Addison and LJ; his brothers-in-law, Joseph Cervantes (Minyon), Mark Hopp (Kelly) and Jason Cervantes (Andrea); and his mother-in-law Anna Cervantes. He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society in Keith's name for pancreatic cancer research would be appreciated.
