It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kazimierz Kowalczyk (Justice, Illinois), who passed away on October 28, 2020, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Zofia Kowalczyk and Bronislaw Kowalczyk; and his siblings, Jan Kowalczyk (Helena Svobodova) and Tadeusz Kowalczyk. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
