With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Leonchik-Muzyka (Justice, Illinois), who passed away on August 28, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Leonchik and Natalie Leonchik; and her brother Tom Leonchik. She is survived by: her spouse Vitaly Muzyka; her sister Sandra Alex (late Dan); and her nephew Brent Alex (Caryn). She is also survived by many extended family and dear friends.

Memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or American Cancer Society.
