It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jozefa Budz (Justice, Illinois), who passed away on February 17, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Jan Budz; and her parents, Helena Gil and Jozef Gil. She is survived by: her children, Anna Budz (Krzysztof Chmielewski) and Bozena Slimak (Jozef); her grandchildren, Jessica Chmielewski, Konrad Chmielewski, Sylwia Slimak and Patryk Slimak; and her siblings, Janina Budz (Jan), Czeslaw Gil (Krystyna) and Stanislaw Gil (Maria). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium (7861 88th Ave, Justice, IL 60458). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A prayer will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
